Sales Associate, Nantucket, Avalon & Sullivan's Island Locations

We are looking for friendly, motivated, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Associates in our Nantucket, Avalon, and Sullivan's Island locations. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an amazing shopping experience while contributing to the overall success of our stores. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and the team to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. From welcoming customers to assisting with inventory, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the store’s day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to wear many hats and is passionate about being part of a close-knit team that values growth, creativity, and building relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Beachkrew at your location, cultivating meaningful relationships with customers and members of the local community.
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, providing personalized style advice, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising the store to keep displays fresh, organized, and curated to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Help with inventory management and restocking shelves, ensuring our inventory tracking systems are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant sales floor, keeping clothes neatly folded and hung, and organizing the backroom.
• Assist in organizing and setting up in-store events, acting as an ambassador and gracious host for fellow brands we collaborate with.
• Partner with our marketing team to help create engaging in-store and location-specific content for social media and email marketing.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the store and take on key holder duties as needed in the absence of the store manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems (Shopify preferred) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, energetic, reliable, and highly organized.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems and troubleshooting technology as needed.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30lb boxes occasionally.

• Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
