Shipping policy

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery: beachkrew offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and for all U.S. territories. For orders less than $150 our standard delivery fee is $2.90-$5.90 based on weight. 

Standard delivery orders ship from beachkrew via USPS Priority or First Class mail. Standard deliveries typically arrive within 3-8 business days once your order has been processed and shipped. Please be advised that standard deliveries may take up to 10 business days, with the exception of holidays. Orders shipped via Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 business days following processing.

All orders are insured. As soon as your order ships, you will receive any applicable tracking information.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from USPS. If you have not received an email within 3 to 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@shopbeachkrew.com

Note to customers: beachkrew is not responsible for items that are delivered when you are away from home, provided that there is valid proof of delivery.

All packages shipped from beachkrew are insured through USPS. If you need to make a claim about a missing or damaged package, you may need to fill out a claim via USPS.
