RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


We understand when you’re shopping online for the latest fashion trends, you may change your mind or need to change sizes. As beachkrew is a small business, we do have a firm return policy, but we do try to make the process easy for you! Please review carefully.

Important Return/Exchange Information:

NO REFUNDS! Return for store credit / exchange.

Within (strictly) 30 days of the original purchase all unwanted items can be sent back and must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds. If an exchange needs to be made, customer can then use the store credit to repurchase the item in a new size, for a new item(s), save for future launches, gift, etc. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. When we receive the package at beachkrew, we check quality control before processing a store credit. Store credit return may take up to 7 days to process following the date that beachkrew receives the return package. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Items purchased "on sale" are FINAL SALE. If customer sends back items not eligible for store credit (return / exchange), the package will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within THREE days of the date your order was marked delivered by the carrier. Please email us at beachkreworders@gmail.com and include photos of any damage. 


CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

Same applies for canceled orders that are not yet shipped as the return/exchange policy. Customer will only receive store credit for a cancelation. 

Cancellations are not accepted if the order is already shipped. No exceptions. Customer may send package back & return for store credit.

 We are often releasing new items to be excited about!


PROCESSING

You will receive an email upon the completion of your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
