About the Job:
Beach Krew is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead our seasonal Avalon store. As a brand ambassador, you will cultivate a service culture and mentor a passionate team of associates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring high-level customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and set actionable plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and operations.
- Foster client satisfaction and develop retention strategies.
- Host community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage inventory and oversee financial aspects.
- Attract and retain a high-performing team through coaching.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in retail (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.
- Flexible, organized, and open to working retail hours.
Compensation Range:
Based on qualifications and experience.

Position: Part-Time Sales Associate – Avalon, NJ
Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week) Location: Avalon BK (2005 Dune Dr) Reporting To: Store Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to assist with the success of our Avalon store. You will greet customers and support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships with customers.
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized style guidance.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Help organize in-store events and create engaging content for marketing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred; Shopify POS experience is a plus.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
- Comfortable learning multiple software systems and troubleshooting.
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to lift ~30 lb boxes occasionally.
Details:
- Currently hiring for the upcoming season; housing is not provided.
- Compensation is hourly based on experience, with a clothing allowance and employee discounts.
